By appointment

Entirely yours,
on your terms.

A collective of independent stylists whose clients stay for years. Private appointments. Small books, kept small on purpose. Someone who remembers, so you never explain yourself twice.

Two minutes · no account · nothing shared

How we work

Known, not processed

At your first appointment your stylist notes what matters — how you take your tea, the timing that suits your day, the formula, the topics you'd rather skip. She keeps it. You never repeat it. Every visit after that begins where the last one ended.

It is a small thing that turns out to be the whole thing.

What our stylists are like

Fewer clients. Longer.

Every member runs her own independent practice — her own prices, methods, and hours. These are the traits they happen to share, and why they found each other.

Small books, on purpose

They take fewer clients than they could and keep them longer than most careers last. Ten years with the same stylist is unremarkable here.

Discretion, entirely

What is said in the room stays in the room. No member trades on a client's name, and nothing is posted without permission.

Nothing to sell you

No packages, no promotions, no upgrades at the chair. Prices are published plainly and that is the end of it.

Detail, unhurried

Two minutes, and then quiet.

Tell us what your hair needs and how you prefer to be looked after. We'll introduce you to the member who fits, and she'll have read it before you arrive.

The collective

Independent, and long established

Every Maison member has run her own practice for at least five years, with a book of clients who have been with her far longer. You book directly with her — her calendar, her menu, her prices, her page.

Before you choose

A two-minute introduction

Your hair, your preferences, how you like an appointment to feel. We'll point you to the member who fits, and she'll have your answers in advance — so the first conversation starts where it should.

Each member publishes her own menu — every service named plainly, with its duration and its price — on her own booking page. New clients may book a private introduction with any member; it sits at the top of her booking options.

About Maison

For clients who would rather not start over

Most salons are built for acquisition — new clients, new services, something else to add on. Maison is built for the opposite. Our members keep small books and long relationships, and the whole collective is arranged around the client who found the right person years ago and simply wants that to continue.

It is a loose collective of independent practitioners. Each runs her own business entirely. What they share is a disposition — discretion, consistency, no appetite for selling — and a short set of promises we do hold them to.

What we promise, and what we are

The first three are conditions of carrying the mark. The rest describes the members who join.

Prices, published plainly

Every service named, with its duration and its price, on her booking page. No “starting from,” no price on request.

A private introduction

New clients may book an unhurried introduction with any member, complimentary, at the top of her booking options.

Five years, at least

Members have run their own independent practice for five years or more, with a book of returning clients. Continuity is the promise; it has to be earned before it is sold.

Discretion, absolutely

Nothing is posted without permission and no member trades on a client's name. It is the one thing that ends a membership on sight.

Nothing to sell

No packages, no promotions, no upgrades at the chair — not as a rule imposed on members, but as what this house does.

Invited, not enrolled

Members arrive by referral and portfolio review. The collective is kept deliberately small.

Come once. Stay a decade.
